Upon landing from Kathmandu or Pokhara, a welcome drink and a brief overview of the day's schedule and services at the Soaltee Westend Resort in Chitwan make your arrival for the 3-night, 4-day package special.
Once you have checked into your room, relaxed and had a satisfying lunch, the guided tour will take you to one of the nearby Tharu/Derai villages to provide a realistic impression of the place and its culture and traditions. The pool also serves tea or coffee at sunset, and the guests enjoy the beautiful views.
In the evening, a slide presentation on the natural wonders of Chitwan will be given to you in the meeting room, and finally, a nice buffet dinner will end the day on a perfect note.
On the second day, you can begin your day with a light wake-up and a cup of warm tea or coffee in the coffee shop, and then you can have a good buffet breakfast that will give you energy to do all the things you plan for the day.
Take a relaxed canoe ride along the scenic Rapti River and relax in the waters and riverbanks. Then back to the resort to have a full buffet lunch and proceed to visit the Crocodile Breeding Conservation Centre in the National Park. By evening, prepare for an incredible 2- to 3-hour shared-seat Jeep Safari as you head deep in search of exotic wildlife.
When it grows dark, unwind and have a colourful cultural dance performance that shows and honours the cultures of the Tharu and Darai people - then have a barbecue dinner outside, looking at the jungle.
A gentle wake-up call on the third day with the much-needed morning cup of tea or coffee at the wonderful Sunrise Café. Have a morning session of birdwatching and enjoy the experience of watching birds in their natural environment.
Return to the resort by noon for a lunch buffet, then depart again at noon for a Jeep safari around the buffer zone, which offers an adventurous ride to see plenty of wildlife and beautiful jungle scenes. Evening: again to the resort, where we have a beautiful buffet dinner.
Wake up slowly in the morning, and have a relaxing cup of tea or coffee as you start your last day. Next, rest by walking, swimming or listening to nature. The chances are excellent. Although no one can ever be sure of sightings in the wild, Chitwan provides one of the best places in Nepal to view wildlife. Here’s why:

There are no any tourist bus that goes to the resort. However, from Kathmandu there is Kasara Travels Bus which is the only bus that goes to the Soaltee Westend Resort, It is a normal A/C bus so might not meet your expectation on comfort. For comfortable experience you can also travel with a private car option. (duration: 5-7 hours). On the other hand, you can also take a short domestic flight from Kathmandu or Pokhara to Bharatpur Airport, followed by a scenic 30 to 40 minute drive to the resort.
