This journey begins with a scenic drive to Barahi Jungle Lodge, which is situated 32 kilometers from Bharatpur's main highway by way of Chaubiskothi. On arrival, you will be greeted with a pleasant drink, followed by a brief orientation about the lodge, your stay, and the exciting activities awaiting you. Following the check-in procedure, you now may proceed to your room to enjoy a tranquil atmosphere enveloped by nature. At 1:00 PM, you will be treated to a superlative lunch at Banyan Café or by the pool, with selections of local and international fare made from fresh ingredients.

By 3:30 PM, you should prepare yourself for a pleasant boat safari on the Rapti River. As you float downstream towards the Himalayan Narayani confluence, you will view picturesque landscapes alongside rivers, birds, and the rare sighting of crocodiles. A sundowner on the confluence remains the perfect setting to unwind after the safari.

The evening at 7:00 PM features an engaging wildlife presentation given by the expert naturalist combined with insight into the flora and fauna of Chitwan National Park. Alternatively, one can relish the Tharu cultural dance performance. Offering a cozy ambiance under the stars, dinner will be served at 8:00 PM in the Banyan Café or by the poolside.

On the second day, the itinerary begins with a Jeep Safari at 6:30 AM. You cross the Rapti River by boat and start your journey from Bhimle post, following one of three different routes selected by the naturalist depending upon animal activity. Enjoy jungle breakfast in a calm and picturesque location. After the safari, you have time to relax at the pool or go for a spa before lunch at 1:00 PM.

At 2:00 PM, you can choose between a guided nature walk in Chitwan National Park, which includes visiting oxbow lakes and wildlife sightings, or a short village walk to explore the Tharu community. End your afternoon program with an hour or two of relaxation back at your lodge, with more pool and spa time, if interested.

Local villagers will perform cultural dance shows at 7:00 PM, followed by dinner from 7:30 to 8:00 at Banyan Café or by the pool.

On your third day Your morning begins at 7:00 AM, with the option to do a serene boat safari or an afternoon jeep safari (if you have not done it already). If you decide on the morning boat safari, you will be served tea or coffee before gently drifting for close to an hour down the Rapti River toward the western edge of the park near Himalayan Narayani.

Then drive back or return to the lodge for a somewhat relaxed breakfast around 8:30 AM at Banyan Café, poolside, or by the river (seasonal). The rest of your morning and early afternoon is free to chill by the pool, hit the spa, or grab a couple of massages.

Lunch will be served at 1:00 PM. Then, watch the Tharu or Kumal cultural dance performance, which begins at 7:00 PM. Around 8:00 PM, there will be a farewell dinner underneath the lantern lights on the bush terrace—from here, midday to sunset, marking a classy conclusion to your jungle journey.

Relax and enjoy the peace; start your last day with morning and an optional late wake-up call: 7:00–7:30 AM. Breakfast will be at Banyan Café or near the pool between 7:30 and 8:00 AM, allowing guests to soak in the tranquillity of nature. After breakfast, you will say goodbye as your Chitwan jungle adventure comes to an end, leaving you with lifelong memories to cherish – wildlife, culture, and relaxation.
