Chitwan Highlights Tour- 2 nights 3 days

The 3-day, 2-night Chitwan Highlights tour offers a quick escape into the heart of Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the southern Terai plains of Nepal. The jungle safari pack covers 932 sq. km of dense forests, grasslands, and water sources, allowing visitors to experience an authentic trip to one of the best parks in South Asia.

During your 2-night Chitwan jungle safari, there are plenty of adventures awaiting you: be it elephant safari or jeep safari, serene canoe rides down the rapids of River Rapti, jungle walks, or bird-watching—all under the watchful guidance of expert naturalists.

The experience also includes taking in the local Tharu village life, appreciating their rich cultural heritage, and watching a famous Tharu stick dance during the evening culture show. The package also includes a visit to an elephant breeding centre.

Chitwan National Park is home to over 700 wildlife species and almost 500 species of birds. While the park’s famous Royal Bengal Tigers and Asian one-horned rhinoceroses are the main attractions, you can also spot leopards, sloth bears, wild boars, and golden jackals, as well as several species of monkeys and deer. Rare species such as the thin-billed bubbler, swamp francolin, and grey-crowned prinia grace this region, providing a feast for birdwatchers.

A short yet unforgettable tour, the trip is designed for nature lovers, wildlife photographers, or anybody who wants to go up close and personal with Nepal’s rich biodiversity and culture.
