Payment of 20% of the package price shall be made in advance to confirm your reservation, and the remaining amount is due at least one week prior to traveling. Payments can be made through bank transfers, online payment systems, and, where legal and applicable, in cash.

Your booking is only considered confirmed upon making the payment. Kindly retain the payment receipt and the confirmation for your record.
Thus, in any case where payment is not made within the stipulated time, the booking may be canceled by the operator.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations are required to be intimated through a written application which has to be e-mailed. Refunds shall be processed post deduction of the cancellation fees as per times mentioned below and policy of the operator.

Cancellations earlier than 36 hours before will be partially refunded.

Late cancellations, within 36 hours before, will have a 100% cancellation fee, hence all nonrefundable deposits will be forfeited.

The final decision on granting a refund, in the case of disruptions due to weather conditions, acts of God or impositions by the Government, will rest solely with the operator.

Highly recommended would be to get travel insurance that should cover you for any cancellations or delays or unforeseen events.

The traveler should have full insurance coverage in terms of health, accident, cancellation, and belongings. All reasonable care to ensure safety and an enjoyable trip will be taken. However, one needs to keep in mind that at times something might go wrong because of unforeseen incidences, leading to injuries or harm arising from misadventures with animals, accidents, or acts of nature. It safeguards them from potential financial loss.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to take care of his own actions and safety, when it’s the tour operator’s responsibility to carry out the services as specified in the booking.
