    Arrival & Cultural Introduction

    The 2-night tour to Chitwan starts as one enjoys a scenic drive from Kathmandu or Pokhara to the lush lowlands around Chitwan National Park. Upon reaching the lodge, one receives guests. will be served traditional drinks and receive a briefing about the lodge's stay. Guests check into their rooms and freshen up before sitting down for a tasty lunch featuring local cuisine.

    In the afternoon, there is a chance to visit the nearby Tharu village for culture, where guests get to learn about the culture, lifestyle, and architecture of this indigenous community.     Your day starts at dawn with a gentle wake-up call, and then you will have your breakfast at the jungle lodge to set you for the adventurous day ahead. Start your morning with a smooth birdwatching tour with a trained naturalist; Chitwan is home to over 500 bird species, which makes it a paradise for birdwatchers.

    Then, enjoy a lazy canoe ride down the Rapti River with several painted marsh crocodiles, gharials, and many varieties of river birds to keep you company. Continue with a jungle walk in the company of a guide, sinking into the dense wilderness of Chitwan National Park itself.
